From 16.10.2026 a new edition of the Rules for Communication Services of BRAVO Telecom is in force
In short: the reply time for a claim is cut to 30 days; recalculation for outages is counted by the hour; payment rules after the 1st are now the same for everyone; invoices are posted in the customer account. The full text is in the Documents section (English translation for information). If you do not agree with the changes, you may end the contract without deductions (clause 6.2 of the Rules).
