Our own IP addresses and several backbone links
We own our range of Internet addresses rather than renting it. That lets us connect to several backbone operators at once and choose a short route for you instead of depending on a single link.

Our range of Internet addresses is our property - we do not rent it from anyone: a small part of the Internet itself belongs to us. The pool is large enough for everyone who needs an address. And we are not tied to a single upstream provider.
Our network, our answer
We build and maintain our lines, nodes and equipment ourselves. Your request does not go down a chain to someone else's contractor - the people who built it fix it.
Several backbone operators
We are connected to several backbone operators at once instead of sitting behind a single third-party link. That means a short route to the server you need and a reserve if any of them has an outage.
A public IP for everyone
Every connection gets a public address without NAT. It is dynamic and may change. Video surveillance, game servers and remote access to your home computer all work.
Static address if you want
If your address must never change, a static IP is available as a separate service. Prices differ for individuals and businesses.
Direct-IP for special tasks
A dedicated subnet of 4 public addresses, 1 of them in use. Everything is static and latency is lower than usual. Banks and companies that need a predictable link use it. Each of the 4 addresses is paid at the static IP rate.
Gigabit nodes
Nodes and trunks inside the network run on gigabit equipment. At some addresses the speed is limited by the equipment in the building - we will tell you what is available to you before connecting.

If no 24TV account has been registered on your personal account yet, register at home, through our internet - and watch for a month free with all interactive TV features: pause, rewind, the TV archive, as in the "Оптимум+" subscription for 399 RUB. After a month the subscription switches to the free channels by itself - nothing is charged. If you like it, choose a paid subscription.
Offer termsImportant: register for the first time at home, through our internet
When you sign in to 24TV for the first time, do it at home, connected to BRAVO Telecom internet. Then the subscription is linked to your personal account: the free channels are included in your plan, and paid subscriptions are paid from the same account. If you register over mobile or other internet, 24TV will sign you up directly on its own terms, and we will not see your subscription.
Is your 24TV fee not charged to your personal account with us? If you registered in 24TV yourself, directly (for example, over mobile internet), write to us at abonent (at) bravotele.com or in the customer account - we will move the subscription to us: it will be on our terms, and all your services on one personal account. The move is done by our request to 24TV and takes time, so it is easier to register at home right away. If the subscription was set up through another provider, the move has to be agreed with them. The "first month free" offer does not apply to a moved subscription - it applies only if no 24TV account has been registered on your personal account yet.
The free package is 0 RUB. Paid subscriptions start at 249 RUB per month at the service's rates.
Choose a subscriptionThe service is provided by 24 Chasa TV LLC (ООО "24 часа ТВ") under an agency agreement.
- You choose and turn on subscriptions yourself in the 24TV app. We do not track which subscriptions are on or whether there is enough money for them, and we do not warn you about subscription charges - keep an eye on them in the app and on your balance in the customer account.
- The fee is charged to your account with us every month on the day you activated the subscription, not on the 1st like the internet fee. Top up for both amounts: if you ask us how much to pay, we will only tell you the internet amount.
- Do not need a subscription? Tap "Do not renew" in the app: it will run until the end of the paid month. To stop it earlier, send us a written request - by email to abonent (at) bravotele.com or in the customer account; the fee is recalculated from the date of the request, not for past months.
- TV works over any internet, so the subscription fee is not recalculated for outages in our network.
A 24TV subscription is for personal and home viewing only. A TV in a cafe, hotel, shop or waiting room needs a separate contract for public viewing.

You can pay without a password
The monthly fee is charged on the 1st for the whole month. By then your account should hold the amount for your plan and add-ons.

Card or SBP (Faster Payments System), payment history, plan changes and requests. TV is paid there too.

All you need is your account number - it is in your connection application and in the customer account. No login or password required.
Pay by account number
Lost your login and password
Pay by account number - no login needed. We will restore your login too: write to us with your connection address. We only give these details to the contract holder, and only via the contacts in the contract.
The internet is already off for non-payment
Log in to the account over mobile internet and pay. Or turn on the "Credit" service - 24 hours of access from activation for an extra 10 RUB, to give you time to sort things out.
Do not know your account number
It is in your contract and in the customer account. Cannot find it - call or write to us and we will help.
In a difficult situation? Call us
We do not drive customers into debt. Recalculating the fee, moving you to the suspension plan, giving you time - all this can be arranged if you warn us in advance. A real person on the phone solves such things faster than emails.
Individuals pay only by card or SBP in the customer account, or through payment services by account number. Card payments are processed by the PayBerry payment service, so you can pay with any card that PayBerry accepts. We cannot accept bank transfers to our account from individuals.

We work without an office - and it is convenient
Since the 2020 pandemic we have had no walk-in office, and it works well: you do not need to go anywhere or wait in line. We sort everything out by phone, in messengers and on site, when our technician comes to you.
We do own non-residential premises - if an office is ever needed, we will open it.
