Frequently asked questions

What technology does BRAVO Telecom use to bring the internet to an address?

We connect over a wired line through our fiber network with gigabit equipment. We own our range of Internet addresses, and the network is connected directly to several backbone operators and receives the full routing table. That means a short path to the services you need and a reserve if one of the operators has an outage.

Which is better for business: wired or wireless internet?

Wired. It does not depend on weather, neighbors' networks or cell tower load, and gives steady speed and low latency - which matters for cash registers, online banking, 1C and video calls. Wi-Fi in the office still works as usual: it is shared from the wired connection.

What speed does an office need?

It depends on the number of employees and their tasks. For email, online banking and documents on a few workplaces, 50-100 Mbit/s is usually enough. If you work in cloud services and often make video calls - take 100-300 Mbit/s. Large files, cloud backups, many employees - from 300 Mbit/s. Tell us about your needs and we will suggest what fits.

Can I get internet faster than 100 Mbit/s?

Yes. Business plans go up to 1 Gbit/s with the same speed for download and upload, and on request we provide a port of up to 10 Gbit/s. We will tell you what speed is available at your address after checking technical feasibility.

What does a company need to set up Wi-Fi?

We provide the internet: we bring the line to the premises and connect it to your router. Wi-Fi inside the premises is set up by the company itself or its own specialist: we do not install or configure Wi-Fi. Get a gigabit Wi-Fi 6 router, and for large premises several access points joined into one network.

How do I set up Wi-Fi for a warehouse and an office?

We bring wired internet to the building. Inside, your specialist runs a wired local network to the Wi-Fi access points - so there is signal everywhere you need it, even behind concrete walls and racks. If the warehouse and the office are in different buildings, they can be joined into one network.

How much does office internet cost?

The monthly fee starts at 1,600 RUB and depends on speed; it is the same in Khabarovsk and the EAO villages. The connection cost is calculated for each site: it depends on the address and the work needed to run the line. Routers and other network equipment are not included. The price is fixed in the Application to the contract.

Is technical support included?

Yes, there is no separate charge for support. When the contract is signed, we give you a number you can call 24/7, including at night. The general line works daily from 9:00 to 21:00 Khabarovsk time, written requests are accepted 24/7, and outages are fixed first. Repair times are set in the Rules: up to 72 hours for equipment and lines, up to 7 days for fiber lines and poles.

Why is business internet more expensive than home internet?

The business fee includes conditions that work needs: the same speed for download and upload, a public IP address on every connection without NAT, network availability of at least 97% of the time per month with recalculation for outages caused by us, repair times in the contract, priority outage repair, and no-VAT documents via EDI. Need more addresses or links between sites - we will add them.

How do I check whether my address can be connected?

We work in Khabarovsk and the EAO villages. Send us the site address - via the form below, by phone or by email. We will check feasibility and visit the site if needed.

Leave a request
How do I order internet for a company?

Leave a request or call: the site address, the speed you need, the number of workplaces. We will check feasibility, send a commercial offer, and sign the contract and the Application - on paper or via EDI.

How long does connection take?

From 1 day. The time depends on external conditions: whether our line is already in the building, whether a cable has to be laid, and whether the route has to be agreed with the building owner or other organizations. We will give you the exact time after the feasibility check and agree it in the commercial offer.

What documents do sole proprietors and companies need?

The company or sole proprietor details - name, address, OGRN (OGRNIP) and INN, usually a company card - and a document confirming the authority of the person signing the contract. Within 15 days of signing, the company provides a list of service users: this is required by the Rules for telematic communication services.

Can I connect rented premises?

Yes, the tenant signs the contract. Agree the cable route through the building with the owner or management company in advance - it will make connection faster.

We work without an office - and it is convenient

Since the 2020 pandemic we have had no walk-in office, and it works well: you do not need to go anywhere or wait in line. We sort everything out by phone, in messengers and on site, when our technician comes to you.

We do own non-residential premises - if an office is ever needed, we will open it.

Leave a phone number or an email - at least one, so we can reply.
