  1. The connection fee is stated under the "Free connection" promotion.
  2. The base fee for connecting to the Internet over FTTx in apartment buildings is 2,300 RUB. Under the "Free connection" promotion the customer gets a 2,300 RUB discount on the base fee.
  3. If the contract is terminated within 6 months of signing, the discount is cancelled, and the operator may ask the customer to pay the difference between the base connection fee and the promotional fee.
  4. While services are suspended for lack of funds (clause 3.4 of the Rules), the 6-month period is paused and resumes afterwards.
  5. Promotion terms are part of the contract (clause 8.10 of the Rules).
  6. The discount is kept if the customer moves (the connection is transferred to a new address).
  7. The promotion applies where connection is technically possible. Private house connections are not part of the promotion - their cost is calculated separately.

24TV: the first month of interactive TV is free

If no 24TV account has been registered on your personal account yet, register at home, through our internet - and watch for a month with all interactive TV features for free, as in the "Оптимум+" subscription for 399 RUB.

  • +pause, rewind and the TV archive - a whole month for free;
  • +the condition: no 24TV account has been registered on your personal account yet, and you register at home, through BRAVO Telecom internet;
  • +after a month the subscription switches to the free channels by itself - nothing is charged;
  • +if you like it, choose a paid subscription - the fee is charged to your personal account.

  1. The interactive TV service is provided by "24 chasa TV" LLC (ООО "24 часа ТВ", 24TV); the operator acts as the service's agent (section 12 of the Rules).
  2. The offer applies if no 24TV account has been registered on the subscriber's personal account yet, when registering through BRAVO Telecom internet.
  3. 24TV checks the right to the offer by the subscriber's personal account, not by phone number: registering with another number does not give the offer again.
  4. The offer does not apply if the subscriber has already registered in 24TV, including over other internet, or when a subscription is moved to the operator by request: it is only for personal accounts with no 24TV registration yet.
  5. For 1 month from registration the subscriber gets interactive TV features as in the 24TV "Оптимум+" subscription costing 399 RUB per month.
  6. After the month the subscription switches to the free package of channels. Nothing is charged unless the subscriber chooses a paid subscription.
  7. The subscriber chooses and turns on paid subscriptions in the 24TV app; the fee is charged to the subscriber's personal account with the operator (section 12 of the Rules).
  8. Packages, subscription prices and the offer terms are set by "24 chasa TV" LLC and may change.
