How to set up your router

Our internet connects with the login and password from your contract - this is called PPPoE. You enter the login and password once in the router settings, and after that the router connects by itself. Below are the general steps and tips for the most common routers.

General steps

  1. 1

Plug our cable into the router port labelled WAN or Internet (it is often a different color).

  2. 2

Connect to the router over Wi-Fi or with a cable. The network name, the Wi-Fi password and the settings page address are usually printed on the sticker on the bottom of the router.

  3. 3

Open the settings page in a browser or the manufacturer's app (addresses and apps are below).

  4. 4

Connection type - PPPoE. Enter the login (the router may call this field "User name" or "Username") and the password from your contract: upper and lower case matter, no spaces. If you set it up from a phone: it capitalizes the first letter of the login by itself - change it back to a small letter by hand before you save the settings.

  5. 5

Leave the other connection settings as they are and save. The internet will start working in 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

Set your own Wi-Fi password and router settings password if the router did not ask you to.

Your router is not listed

The steps are the same for all routers: find the settings address on the sticker, choose the PPPoE connection type and enter the login and password from your contract. Not working - write to us, tell us the router manufacturer and model (they are on the sticker), and we will help.

Coming soon: connecting without a login and password

We are preparing to switch to connecting without a login and password: the address will be assigned automatically (IPoE, via DHCP), and the network will recognize your device by its MAC address. We will warn you in advance - you do not need to change anything now.
