Business internet
Email, online banking, cash registers, video calls, cloud services - when the internet stops, work stops. So we design the connection around your task and stand behind the result in the contract, not in ads.
Who it is for
- offices and shops
- warehouses and production sites
- shopping and business centers
- companies with several sites
Speed and price
Plans up to 1 Gbit/s, the same speed for download and upload, unlimited traffic. Need more - we provide a port up to 10 Gbit/s. The monthly fee starts at 1,600 RUB depending on speed, the same in Khabarovsk and the EAO villages.
Several backbone operators
We own our range of Internet addresses, so we are connected to several backbone operators at once. That means a short route to the services you need and a reserve if one of them has an outage.
Addresses
- a public IP address on every connection, no NAT - included in the connection;
- a static public address - 300 RUB per month;
- Direct-IP - a dedicated subnet of 4 addresses, 1 of them in use, everything static, lower latency - 1,200 RUB per month;
- need more addresses - we will allocate a subnet from our space: from /30 and up, as many as you need.
Responsibility in the contract
- network availability of at least 97% of the time per month, recalculation for outages caused by us;
- repair of equipment and lines - up to 72 hours, fiber lines and poles - up to 7 days;
- the network is monitored automatically: we learn about a failure from an alert, not a phone call;
- a support line daily 9:00-21:00 and a 24/7 number given when the contract is signed; written requests 24/7, outages first.
Documents
Invoices and UPD (no VAT) via EDI (SBIS and compatible) or email - free. You can pay a quarter or a year in advance.

We work without an office - and it is convenient
Since the 2020 pandemic we have had no walk-in office, and it works well: you do not need to go anywhere or wait in line. We sort everything out by phone, in messengers and on site, when our technician comes to you.
We do own non-residential premises - if an office is ever needed, we will open it.
