We are responsible for the connection up to the end of our cable. Everything beyond it is the responsibility of the owner of the premises or the plot.

Apartment building
The cable in the entrance, on the floors, in the risers and in the attic runs through common property of the building - that is our zone. Everything behind the wall of your flat or office is your zone: the cable inside, the router, Wi-Fi and all devices.
Private house
Your plot and house are your property, and only you decide what happens there: construction, roof repairs, tree trimming, machinery. That is why the cable over your plot, on the house and inside it is your responsibility. We place it only with your consent and for the term of the contract; we acquire no rights to your land. Protect the cable during any work on the plot and keep an eye on trees near it. If the cable is damaged or needs to be moved, write to us: we will repair or move it on request, at our standard rates. Our responsibility ends at the boundary of your plot.
This is under the new edition of the Rules, in force from 1 November 2026.
Office
The boundary is the same as for a flat or a private house. If your office is premises in a building, our responsibility ends at the wall of your premises: the cable in the common parts of the building is ours, everything inside the office is yours. If the organisation has a separate building on its own plot, our responsibility ends at the plot boundary, as for a private house. The office network, telecom cabinet, router, switches, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, cameras and their maintenance are your responsibility: your system administrator or IT company handles them. Appoint a person responsible for the network and send us their contact details.
This is under the new edition of the Rules, in force from 1 November 2026.
If there is no connection, first check your part: the router, its power and the cable inside the premises (cable tip, connection check). If everything is fine on your side, write to us and we will check the line.
The boundary of responsibility in the contract - the term "Boundary of responsibility" in section 1 and clause 5.2.1 of the Rules for Communication Services in force from 01.11.2026.
