Companies, sole proprietors and public-sector institutions: payments by invoice are now credited automatically

Payments by invoice are credited automatically: a payment order is matched to the account by INN

We have switched to automatic crediting of bank transfers. Money that a company, a sole proprietor or a public-sector institution transfers to our bank account is now credited to the customer account without staff involvement - usually within an hour after it reaches us.

How the system finds your account

A payment is credited by the payer's INN (taxpayer number): the INN in the payment order must match the INN in your contract. That is why it is important to check your details as soon as possible:

  1. Sign in to the customer account at abonent.bravotele.com.
  2. Open the "My contract" section and check the name, INN and bank details.
  3. Everything is correct - press The data is correct. Found a mistake - press The data is wrong and correct it.

Public-sector institutions that pay through the Federal Treasury do not need to change anything: their payment is also credited by the institution's INN.

If the INN is missing from the contract or contains a mistake, the payment will not be credited automatically. We will process it manually, but the money will appear in the account later.

If another company pays for yours

If another company or sole proprietor transfers the payment for you - for example, a parent or management company - the system will not recognize the payer. In this case:

If you have several accounts, state the account number in the payment purpose.

Pay in advance

A bank transfer takes from a few minutes to 1-2 business days to reach our account - it depends on your bank. Sometimes payments arrive at weekends too, but you cannot count on it. To keep the service from being suspended, pay the invoice in advance - a few business days before the end of the paid period, not on the last day. Public-sector institutions pay under the terms of their contract, as before.

Individuals - only through the customer account

The company bank account is only for companies, sole proprietors and public-sector institutions. Individuals pay for services in the customer account with the Pay by card button - by card or SBP, and the money is credited at once. Transfers from individuals to the bank account are not provided for by the Rules for the Provision of Services (clause 8-A.2) and are not credited automatically.
