Why we don't give an exact arrival time for the installer
Waiting half a day for a technician is inconvenient - we understand that. Here is why we agree on a day, not an exact hour.
1.Every connection is different
In an apartment the cable has to go through the building, and the cable shafts may be blocked or locked, so we have to get the key from the management company. In a private house it is a cable from the pole or an antenna on the roof plus radio link setup. In an office it is fiber to the premises. A connection can take a few hours or stretch over several days if we need access to the attic, the distribution box or work on a pole. Nobody knows this in advance.
2.Weather
In strong wind, ice, heavy rain or severe frost we do not climb roofs and poles - it is a matter of safety. Such work is rescheduled.
3.The previous address and the road
If there was a problem at the previous connection, we do not leave it half-done. We work in Khabarovsk and in villages of the Jewish Autonomous Region, with dozens of kilometers between them.
So we do not promise an exact time: it is better to name the day honestly than to promise an hour and let you down.
The installer is late - what should I do?
Write to us in your customer account (section "Messages") or on WhatsApp +7-914-419-60-03 and give the connection address. We will tell you where the team is and when it will reach you.
Can I pay extra for an exact time?
No. Weather, building access and roads are the same for every request, so an exact hour cannot be bought.
How to help the connection go faster
- On the connection day, answer calls from unknown numbers: the installer may call from their own phone.
- Decide in advance where the router will stand.
- If access to the attic or distribution box is needed, arrange it with the management company in advance.
- If you cannot be at home, another adult can meet the installer. The contract does not have to be signed on the spot: it can be signed with "Goskey" on Gosuslugi.
