1. Terms

1.1. The following terms are used in these Rules.

2. General Provisions

2.1. These Rules determine the procedure and conditions for the provision of services by the Operator and are an integral part of the Contract. The Rules apply to individuals, legal entities and sole proprietors; the specifics for each category are set out in sections 8-A and 8-B.

2.2. In the event of a discrepancy between the Rules and the text of a Contract signed by the parties, the Contract applies. In the event of a discrepancy between the Rules and the law, the law applies.

2.3. The Operator provides services on the basis of Roskomnadzor licenses No. Л030-00114-77/00644525 and No. Л030-00114-77/00644527 (valid until 22.03.2028), in the territory of Khabarovsk and the Jewish Autonomous Region (urban-type settlement of Priamursky, village of Nikolaevka, village of Klyuchevoe, village of Kamyshovka).

2.4. The relations of the parties are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 126-FZ of 07.07.2003 "On Communications", the Rules for Rendering Data Transmission Communication Services (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2606 of 31.12.2021), the Rules for Rendering Telematic Communication Services (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2607 of 31.12.2021), and, for subscribers who are individuals, also by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".

2.5. The Operator does not give preference to some subscribers over others, unless otherwise provided by law. To provide services, perform work and accept payments, the Operator may engage third parties, while remaining responsible to the Subscriber.

2.6. Personal data. The Operator processes the personal data of Subscribers, their representatives and Users for the purposes of concluding and performing the Contract, settlements, considering requests and fulfilling the obligations of a telecom operator established by law (item 5 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", Article 53 of the Federal Law "On Communications"). The data are stored during the term of the Contract and for the periods established by law after its termination. The Personal Data Processing Policy and the consent form are posted on the Operator's website: https://bravotele.com/docs/.

2.7. The Operator may publish aggregated information on the use of services without identifying specific subscribers. Advertising messages are sent to the Subscriber only with the Subscriber's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Services and the Procedure for Their Provision

3.1. The Operator provides the following services:

1. telematic communication services, including access to the Internet;
2. data transmission communication services, including provision of a data transmission channel;
3. additional services: static IP address and other services according to the tariffs;
4. the Partner's interactive television (section 12);
5. work: connection, installation and relocation of wiring, equipment setup, a specialist's visit - according to the tariffs.

3.2. Services are provided subject to technical feasibility, serviceable subscriber equipment and funds on the Personal account (section 8). Services are provided around the clock, except for technical breaks (clause 6.1).

3.3. The provision of services begins after connection and the first payment - from the date of the first activation of the service (clause 4.1.1).

3.4. Suspension at the Operator's initiative. The Operator suspends the provision of services:

• if the funds on the Personal account are insufficient to pay for the services of the billing period (prepayment system). The Operator reminds the Subscriber about payment in advance in the Customer Account and (or) by SMS;
• if the Subscriber violates the law, the Contract or the Rules (including clauses 7.3 and 11.4) - with notice to the Subscriber, until the violation is remedied;
• at the request of authorized state bodies in the cases provided for by law.

3.5. During a suspension due to insufficient funds, the Customer Account and the payment pages remain available to the Subscriber. The provision of services resumes automatically after receipt of an amount sufficient for payment according to the plan (clauses 8-A.3, 8-B.5), or after the "Credit" service is taken (clause 8.7).

3.6. If the Subscriber has not remedied the violation within 6 months from the date of suspension, the Operator may terminate the Contract unilaterally by notifying the Subscriber. After termination, the Operator may disconnect the subscriber line from the Network and recover the debt.

3.7. Voluntary suspension. If the Subscriber does not plan to use the services (vacation, going away), the Subscriber must notify the Operator in advance of the date from which the suspension is needed - in the Customer Account, by phone or in VKontakte messages. From that date, the Personal account is switched to the suspension plan, and the fee for the month is calculated in proportion to the days. The suspension period is not limited (for example, for a year while away). Mandatory condition: the Personal account must have sufficient funds to pay for the suspension plan (and the static IP address, if connected) for the entire suspension period. If there are no funds, the suspension is not arranged. If the funds run out during the suspension, the rules on debt (clause 8-A.3) and suspension apply, and in case of non-payment within 6 months after notice the Operator may terminate the Contract unilaterally (clause 3 of Article 44 of the Federal Law "On Communications").

Restoration: at the Subscriber's request, the plan is activated at the moment of the request (if there are funds on the Personal account), and without a request - automatically from the 1st day of the month specified by the Subscriber when arranging the suspension. The static IP address is retained during the suspension and is paid for according to the tariff.

If the Subscriber did not give notice of the suspension, the service is deemed provided and is paid for under clause 8-A.3 regardless of actual use.

4. Contract. Change of Services. Termination

4.1. Form of the Contract. For individuals, the Contract is public (clause 26 of Government Resolution No. 2607): these Rules together with the tariffs constitute the Operator's public offer published on the website. An individual accepts the offer (acceptance) by signing the Application to Join via Goskey; the Subscriber's identity is confirmed via ESIA (Gosuslugi), clause 28 of Government Resolution No. 2607. If signing via Goskey is not possible, the Application is signed on paper upon presentation of an identity document. From the moment the Application is signed, the Contract is deemed concluded in writing (clause 20 of Government Resolution No. 2607, Articles 434, 437, 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Legal entities and sole proprietors conclude the Contract in writing on paper or via EDI. The integral parts of the Contract are these Rules, the Connection Application for each connection point (for individuals - the Application to Join) and the tariffs. The Contract number is the same as the Personal account number.

4.1.1. Date of conclusion and first activation. The date of conclusion of the Contract is the day the Application to Join is signed (for legal entities and sole proprietors - the day the Contract is signed). Fees for services are charged not from the date of conclusion, but from the date of first activation - the first activation of any service on the Personal account. For the first (incomplete) month, the subscription fee is calculated in proportion to the days from the date of first activation, thereafter - in the general procedure (clause 8.2). The date of first activation is recorded in the Operator's billing system and displayed in the Customer Account. The cost of connection work is paid separately according to the tariff.

4.2. To conclude the Contract, the Subscriber provides the information required by Government Resolutions No. 2606 and No. 2607: an individual - full name, date of birth, details of an identity document, address; a legal entity and a sole proprietor - name, address, OGRN (OGRNIP), INN, documents confirming the representative's authority. The Subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

4.3. The login, password and code word are issued to the Subscriber separately from the Contract and are not included in the text of the Contract. Actions performed in the Customer Account under the Subscriber's credentials are deemed performed by the Subscriber; entering the login and password constitutes the Subscriber's simple electronic signature (Part 2 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature"). The procedure for using the Customer Account is set out in the Customer Account User Agreement on the Operator's website.

4.4. In communal apartments and premises with several owners, a contract is concluded with each subscriber separately.

4.5. Change of services. The Subscriber changes the plan and additional services in the Customer Account, by written application, via EDI or by phone with confirmation by code word. A change of plan takes effect from the 1st day of the following month; additional services are connected from the date agreed with the Operator, with a proportional calculation for an incomplete month. For legal entities, a new connection point is arranged by a separate Connection Application.

4.6. Equipment rental. If the Operator rents out equipment, its name, serial number, cost and rental fee are specified in the Connection Application; the signatures of the parties in the Connection Application replace the acceptance and transfer certificate. Upon termination of the rental, the equipment is returned in working order, allowing for normal wear and tear; in case of loss, the Subscriber reimburses the cost specified in the Connection Application.

4.7. Termination. The Subscriber may withdraw from the Contract at any time by submitting an application. The Contract is terminated from the date of registration of the application or from a later date specified in it. The fee for the last month is calculated in proportion to the days of service provision. The remaining advance is refunded upon application within 10 working days: to an individual - to the individual's bank account or card, to a legal entity or sole proprietor - to its settlement account. Debt and unreturned equipment are recovered even after termination.

4.8. If the Subscriber moves or the right to use the premises ends, the services at the old address are terminated; at a new address within the service area, the services are arranged by a new Connection Application without re-concluding the Contract.

4.9. The Operator may terminate the Contract unilaterally in the cases provided for by clause 3.6 and by law.

5. Connection, Subscriber Line, Repair

5.1. Connection is performed within the period agreed with the Subscriber and specified in the Connection Application. If there is no technical feasibility, the Operator informs the Subscriber of this and refunds the funds paid.

5.2. When connecting, the Operator lays the subscriber line from the Network equipment to the Subscriber's premises and brings the cable into the premises with a length reserve up to the equipment installation location. The Operator does not perform finishing work inside the premises (cable ducts, skirting boards, drilling walls), unless otherwise agreed in the Connection Application for a separate fee.

5.3. When connecting, the Operator helps the Subscriber with the initial setup of the Subscriber's router. The Operator is not responsible for the operation and settings of the Subscriber's own equipment, including the Wi-Fi wireless network.

5.4. Wiring not installed by the Operator may be used after it has been checked by the Operator; in this case, the quality of services is guaranteed only up to the point where this wiring is connected to the Network.

5.5. Connection work is confirmed by the Subscriber's signature in the Connection Application (individuals) or by a UPD (universal transfer document) (legal entities and sole proprietors, clause 8-B.6).

5.6. Warranty. For the subscriber line laid by the Operator - 12 months; for equipment purchased from the Operator - the manufacturer's warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the Subscriber or third parties, unauthorized alterations of the wiring, fire, flooding, thunderstorms, violation of electrical safety requirements and natural disasters.

5.7. Repair. Repair requests are accepted by phone, in VKontakte messages, by email and in the Customer Account (section 13). First, the Operator performs remote diagnostics. Network faults are eliminated at the Operator's expense within periods counted from the moment the request is registered: up to 72 hours - faults of the Operator's equipment and subscriber line; up to 7 days - damage to fiber-optic lines, poles and masts. The periods are extended by the time during which work is impossible: no access to the premises, the roof or the poles, adverse weather (thunderstorm, strong wind, ice), the circumstances of clause 10.7. The time of a visit to the Subscriber's premises is agreed with the Subscriber.

5.7.1. Paid repair. If diagnostics or a visit establishes that the fault is on the Subscriber's side (the Subscriber's equipment, settings, Wi-Fi, wiring in the premises, power supply, damage caused by the Subscriber or third parties) or that there is no fault, the visit and the work are paid for by the Subscriber according to the tariff. The Operator warns the Subscriber that a visit may be chargeable when accepting the request.

5.8. Relocation of the subscriber line and reconnection after disconnection of the line are performed at the Subscriber's request and are paid for according to the tariff.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

6.1. The Operator must:

• provide services around the clock and in accordance with the plan. Scheduled technical breaks - no more than 24 hours per month, mainly at night, with notice no later than 24 hours in advance on the website and in the Customer Account;
• eliminate Network faults within the periods of clause 5.7;
• notify Subscribers of changes to the tariffs and the Rules at least 10 days before they take effect - on the website and in the Customer Account, and legal entities and sole proprietors also by email or via EDI;
• observe the secrecy of communications (Article 63 of the Federal Law "On Communications") and the confidentiality of information about Subscribers, except in the cases provided for by law;
• provide the Subscriber with access to the Customer Account with information on the balance, charges and services consumed;
• advise the Subscriber on matters of service provision free of charge.

6.2. The Operator may:

• change the tariffs with notice under clause 6.1; change the Rules with the same notice: for legal entities and sole proprietors - in any part, for individuals - only in the cases provided for by law or if the change does not worsen the Subscriber's position (clause 2 of Article 16 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection"). A Subscriber who does not agree with the changes may terminate the Contract without deductions (clause 4.7);
• suspend the provision of services in the cases of clause 3.4;
• temporarily restrict certain protocols and ports to protect the Network from attacks, virus epidemics and network storms;
• suspend services for the duration of emergency work without prior notice;
• engage third parties for connection, maintenance and acceptance of payments;
• terminate the Contract in case of systematic violation of its terms by the Subscriber and in the case of clause 3.6.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Subscriber

7.1. The Subscriber must:

• pay for services on time and in full and monitor the balance of the Personal account independently;
• use serviceable subscriber equipment meeting the established requirements, observe electrical safety measures and disconnect the equipment from the Network during thunderstorms;
• keep the login, password and code word secret;
• provide the Operator's employees with access to the premises for connection, repair and disconnection of the line at the agreed time;
• within 30 days, inform the Operator of a change of full name (company name), address, phone number, email, identity document, and of the termination of the right to use the premises;
• a legal entity and a sole proprietor - within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, provide the Operator with a list of Users (full name, date of birth, details of an identity document) and report changes in the list of Users within the same period (subclause (z) of clause 35 of Government Resolution No. 2607). It is the Subscriber who ensures the Users' consent to the transfer of their data to the Operator;
• return rented equipment upon termination of the Contract.

7.2. The Subscriber may:

• receive free advice and accurate information about services and tariffs;
• change the plan and the set of services (clause 4.5), arrange a voluntary suspension (clause 3.7);
• demand elimination of faults and recalculation for breaks caused by the Operator (clause 10.4);
• terminate the Contract at any time (clause 4.7).

7.3. The Subscriber is prohibited from:

• giving access to the services to third parties outside the service address (including to neighbors, by laying a cable or sharing Wi-Fi) and using the services to provide communication services to other persons;
• connecting to the Network without a Contract, changing the issued network details (IP and MAC addresses), attempting to gain unauthorized access to the resources of the Operator and other persons;
• damaging the Network and obstructing the work of the Operator's services;
• using the services for activities prohibited by law and violating the rules of network use (clause 11.4).

8. Payment and Settlements

8.1. Services are provided under a prepayment system for all categories of subscribers. The cost of services is determined by the tariffs in effect at the time the services are provided. The Operator applies the simplified taxation system; no VAT is charged.

8.2. The subscription fee is debited from the Personal account on the 1st day of the billing month for the entire month in full - for all categories of subscribers. For an incomplete month (connection, suspension, termination, a new additional service), the fee is calculated in proportion to the number of days the service was provided.

8.3. A service not suspended at the Subscriber's application (clause 3.7) is paid for in full regardless of actual use. The unused balance of funds is carried over to the next month.

8.4. Order of debiting. Funds received are credited in the following order: debt for previous periods; connection work and one-time work; equipment rental; Internet access; static IP address and other additional services; the Partner's services (24TV); document delivery.

8.5. A payment is identified by the Personal account (Contract) number. If there is an error in the payment details, the funds are credited after clarification upon the Subscriber's application with a payment document attached. The Operator is not responsible for the time it takes payments to pass through banks and payment systems.

8.6. If the tariff is increased, an advance already paid for future months is applied according to the tariff in effect in the month the service is provided.

8.7. The "Credit" service. If access is suspended due to insufficient funds, the Subscriber may activate "Credit" on the warning page or in the "Credit" section of the Customer Account - access under the Subscriber's plan for 24 hours from the moment of activation. Each activation is charged 10 RUB in addition to the subscription fee. Conditions:

• "Credit" can be activated only when the balance of the Personal account is negative;
• the credit amount does not exceed the subscription fee under the Subscriber's plan;
• "Credit" can be activated repeatedly, but no more than 11 times (up to 11 days); if the debt is not repaid during this time, access is suspended until it is repaid in full;
• the conditions are the same for individuals, legal entities and sole proprietors.

8-A. Individuals

8-A.1. The subscription fee is debited from the Personal account once a month - on the 1st day of the billing month, for the entire month. Therefore, by the 1st day, the Subscriber must ensure a positive balance on the Personal account of no less than the amount of the subscription fee under the plan and the connected additional services. Funds may be paid in advance for any period, including a year ahead: they are kept on the Personal account, and the subscription fee is debited from them on the 1st day of each month. The unused balance is refunded upon termination of the Contract at the Subscriber's application (clause 4.7). The first payment includes the cost of connection and the fee for the first (incomplete) month.

8-A.2. Payment methods: by bank card and via SBP (Faster Payments System) in the Customer Account, through payment systems and payment agents using the Personal account number. Transfers to the Operator's bank details are not accepted from individuals. The current list is on the website. In a dispute over a card payment, the Subscriber provides documents confirming the payment.

8-A.3. If the funds are insufficient on the 1st day, access is suspended, and the subscription fee for the month is charged in full. After payment is received, access is restored.

8-A.4. Late payment concession. If the Subscriber has not paid for the services by the 15th day inclusive, the Operator may, but is not obliged to, switch the Subscriber's Personal account to the suspension plan. In this case, upon payment the Subscriber's plan is activated from the date of payment, and the fee for the month is recalculated in proportion to the days: until the date of payment - under the suspension plan, from the date of payment - under the Internet access plan. The Operator decides on applying the concession at its own discretion; if the concession is not applied, clause 8-A.3 applies. The concession may also be applied to subscribers that are legal entities and sole proprietors. The price of the suspension plan is specified in the tariffs.

8-B. Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors

8-B.1. The first payment - the cost of connection and the advance for the first month (for an incomplete month - proportionally) - is made against an invoice within 5 working days from the date of its receipt, before the connection work begins.

8-B.2. Thereafter, the Operator sends an invoice for the advance for the following month monthly, no later than the 25th day. At the Subscriber's application, the advance may be paid for several months at once (a quarter, a year) under a single invoice.

8-B.3. The advance in the amount of the full monthly fee must be received in the Operator's settlement account before the 1st day of the billing month, that is, no later than the last working day of the previous month: on the 1st day the subscription fee is debited in full, as for all subscribers. The payment order must state the contract and invoice numbers. The payment obligation is fulfilled on the day the funds are credited to the Operator's settlement account.

8-B.4. Non-receipt of an invoice does not release the Subscriber from payment: the amount of the monthly payment is specified in the Connection Application, and invoices are available in the Customer Account and on request.

8-B.5. No later than 3 working days before the end of the month, the Operator sends a payment reminder by email or via EDI. If the advance has not been received by the 1st day, the provision of services is suspended in the general procedure (clause 3.4). The provision of services resumes on the day payment is received or a payment order with a bank stamp is presented.

8-B.6. Closing documents. A UPD (status "2", without VAT) for the services of a month is issued on the last day of that month and sent to the Subscriber via EDI. Within 5 working days, the Subscriber signs it or sends a reasoned refusal. If no refusal is received within this period, the services are deemed properly rendered and accepted.

8-B.7. Document delivery. Invoices, UPDs and reconciliation statements are sent via EDI or by email free of charge. Paper originals by post are the paid "Document delivery" service: 200 RUB for each mailing (monthly or one-time).

8-B.8. A statement of reconciliation of settlements is drawn up at the request of either party within 10 working days.

9. Applications and Claims

9.1. Applications and claims are accepted in writing: in the Customer Account, by email, via EDI or by post to the addresses in section 13. Each request is registered.

9.2. A claim may be submitted within 6 months from the date the service was provided, refused or invoiced. A copy of the Contract or the Personal account number and the documents needed for its consideration are attached to the claim.

9.3. A claim is considered within no more than 60 days from the date of registration; the response is sent in writing or electronically. The Operator responds to requests without demands (questions, applications to change services) within 10 working days.

9.4. The Subscriber informs the Operator of errors in charges and invoices immediately after discovering them.

9.5. Compliance with the claim procedure is mandatory before going to court (Article 55 of the Federal Law "On Communications"). Disputes with legal entities and sole proprietors are considered by the Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court of Khabarovsk Territory. An individual may go to court under the rules established by consumer protection legislation.

9.6. If a service is provided by the Partner (24TV), claims regarding its quality and content are considered by the Partner; the Operator accepts such claims and forwards them to the Partner (section 12).

10. Liability of the Parties

10.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of obligations in accordance with the law (Chapter 9 of the Federal Law "On Communications", Government Resolutions No. 2606 and No. 2607), the Contract and the Rules.

10.2. The Operator ensures the operability of the Network at least 97% of the time per month, excluding scheduled technical breaks (clause 6.1) and the circumstances of clauses 10.3 and 10.7.

10.3. The Operator is not liable for poor-quality provision of services caused by:

• a malfunction or the settings of the Subscriber's equipment and software, including Wi-Fi;
• damage to the wiring in the Subscriber's premises or a power outage there;
• the speed and operation of websites and networks of other operators outside the Network;
• restriction of access to resources as required by law;
• the Subscriber's non-compliance with the Rules, including giving the Subscriber's credentials to other persons.

10.4. Recalculation. For the time of a break in the provision of services caused by the Operator, the subscription fee is recalculated in proportion to the number of full days (24-hour periods) of the break, counting from the moment the Subscriber's request is registered, and in the case of a mass outage - from its beginning, at the Operator's initiative. The recalculation amount is credited to the Personal account. Breaks due to circumstances on the Subscriber's side (a malfunction of the Subscriber's equipment, no access to the premises at the agreed time) are not recalculated.

10.5. In relations with legal entities and sole proprietors, the Operator does not compensate indirect losses and lost profits; its liability is limited to recalculation under clause 10.4 and penalties expressly provided for by law. The rights of individuals as consumers are always determined by law and are not limited by this clause.

10.6. The Subscriber is responsible for the content of information transmitted from the Subscriber's connection and for the actions of persons to whom the Subscriber has given access, and compensates damage caused to the Network and the Operator's equipment through the Subscriber's fault.

10.7. The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure: natural disasters, fires, mass power outages not caused by the parties, decisions of state bodies, military operations and other unavoidable events.

11. Internet Access and IP Addresses

11.1. The access speed specified in the plan is the maximum speed on the section from the Subscriber's equipment to the Operator's external channel. The speed of exchange with a particular website also depends on the networks of other operators and on the website itself. The traffic volume is unlimited, unless otherwise specified in the plan.

11.2. IP addresses. The Operator does not use network address translation (NAT): for each connection, the Subscriber receives one external (public) IP address from the Operator's address space.

• By default, the address is dynamic: it is issued at each connection and may change upon reconnection.
• A static address is a separate paid service; the address is assigned to the Subscriber and specified in the Connection Application. If the service is cancelled or the Contract is terminated, the address is returned to the Operator.
• During a suspension of services, only the Customer Account, the payment pages and the Operator's information pages are available to the Subscriber.

11.3. The Operator restricts access to resources included in the registers of prohibited information in the manner established by law. Apart from this, the Operator does not control the content of information on the Internet and is not responsible for it.

11.4. Rules of network use. The following are not allowed: mass mailings without the recipients' consent (spam); distribution of malware; attacks on and scanning of other people's systems; illegal distribution of copyrighted works; other actions that violate the law or interfere with the operation of the Network. Response procedure:

1. first complaint - a warning to the Subscriber;
2. repeated complaints - suspension of services until the cause is eliminated;
3. an attack or infection interfering with other subscribers - immediate restriction of access with subsequent notice.

11.5. Complaints about violations from the Operator's addresses are sent to the complaints address in section 13.

12. 24TV Interactive Television

12.1. Interactive television is provided by "24 Hours TV" LLC (ООО "24часа ТВ") (the 24TV service). The Operator acts as an agent on the basis of agency agreement No. К02/0218 of 16.03.2018: it connects the Subscriber to the service and accepts payments and requests.

12.2. The viewing conditions, package contents and rules for the use of content are determined by the 24TV user agreement, which the Subscriber accepts upon connection. The service page for the Operator's subscribers: 24h.tv/provider/bravotelecom.

12.3. The fee for 24TV subscriptions is debited from the same Personal account of the Subscriber with the Operator as the subscription fee for Internet access, according to the service's tariffs. The Subscriber selects and activates subscriptions in the 24TV app. The Operator does not track which subscriptions are activated or whether there are sufficient funds on the Personal account to renew them, and does not warn about an upcoming debit of a subscription fee: the Subscriber monitors active subscriptions in the 24TV app and debits in the Customer Account.

12.4. Subscription period. A subscription is valid for 1 month from the moment the Subscriber activates it in the 24TV app, and not from the 1st day of the calendar month. At the end of the period, the subscription is renewed automatically if there are sufficient funds on the Personal account: the fee for the next month of the subscription is debited on the day of renewal.

12.5. Insufficient funds. If there are insufficient funds on the Personal account on the day of renewal, the 24TV service blocks the subscription. To resume viewing, the Subscriber selects a plan again in the 24TV app and activates it.

12.6. Debits from one account. The subscription fee for the Internet (on the 1st day, clause 8-A.1) and the 24TV subscription fee (on the day of renewal) are debited from one Personal account on different days. When topping up the account, the Subscriber takes both amounts into account. The amount payable that the Operator states at the Subscriber's request (by phone, in messages) is calculated by the Operator based on the subscription fee for the Internet and the Operator's additional services; the 24TV subscription fee is not included in it, and the Subscriber adds it independently. If, after the subscription fee is debited, the remaining balance is not enough for the Internet subscription fee, Internet access will be suspended on the 1st day, and it will become impossible to watch the paid subscription through the Operator's network, although the subscription itself remains paid and is available through any other Internet connection.

12.7. Cancelling a subscription. To prevent a subscription from being renewed, the Subscriber turns off its renewal in the 24TV app (the "Do not renew subscription" function); the subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period. If there are no funds on the Personal account on the day of renewal, the subscription is not renewed either. Funds paid to the Personal account, including those paid for the Internet, are also used to renew the subscription, unless its renewal is turned off.

12.8. Early termination of a subscription. A subscription can be terminated before the end of the paid period only upon the Subscriber's written application to the Operator (including by email to khabnet@mail.ru or via the Customer Account, clause 13.3). The Operator terminates the subscription in the 24TV system; the fee is recalculated in proportion to the days from the date of registration of the application. No recalculation is made for the period before the application was submitted, including for past months, even if the Subscriber did not use the subscription.

12.9. The 24TV service is available to the Subscriber around the clock through any Internet connection, not only through the Operator's network. Therefore, a break in Internet access via the Operator's network, including one caused by the Operator, is not a break in the provision of the 24TV service: when the Internet subscription fee is recalculated, the 24TV subscription fee is not recalculated.

12.10. Viewing requires a Smart TV, a set-top box or a mobile device with the 24TV app. The picture quality depends on the Internet access speed and on the Subscriber's Wi-Fi network.

12.11. 24TV is responsible for the content of the TV channels, changes to the channel list and the broadcast schedule. The Operator is responsible for delivering the signal over the Network. Copying and public display of content without the permission of the right holders are prohibited.

12.12. Under these Rules, the 24TV service is provided to a Subscriber who is an individual only for personal, family and household viewing. Showing TV channels in places open to the public (cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops, waiting rooms, offices with visitors, etc.) is public display and is not allowed under these Rules. For public viewing of television, a separate contract is concluded with the Operator.

13. Final Provisions and Contacts

13.1. The Rules are published on the Operator's website with the date of the edition. Previous editions are kept on the Operator's website in the "Documents" section. Changes take effect no earlier than 10 days after publication (clause 6.1).

13.2. Notices sent to the Customer Account, to the Subscriber's email or phone number from the Contract, or via EDI have the force of written notices and are deemed received on the day following dispatch. The Subscriber is responsible for keeping the Subscriber's contacts up to date (clause 7.1).

13.3. Operator's contacts. The Operator works remotely; there is no office for receiving visitors. Written requests are accepted by email, in the Customer Account, via EDI or by post to the legal address. Working hours: requests and messages in the Customer Account, by email and on VKontakte are accepted around the clock and registered by the time of receipt; they are considered in order of receipt, with outage reports first. The phones operate daily from 9:00 to 21:00 Khabarovsk time; the Operator announces changes to the hours on the website and in the Customer Account; outside these hours, requests are sent in writing.
