This document applies together with the Rules for Communication Services of BRAVO Telecom (hereinafter - the Rules). Terms have the meaning defined in the Rules.

1. Subscriber interfaces

1.1. The subscriber interface is Ethernet 100BASE-TX or 1000BASE-T, RJ-45 connector, "twisted pair" cable of category 5e or higher. The subscriber line is brought into the Subscriber's premises and terminates with an RJ-45 connector.

1.2. Optical connection and other interfaces are provided to organizations under a separate Application.

1.3. The access protocol is PPPoE with the login and password of the personal account. Only 1 connection at a time can be established per login.

1.4. IP addresses. With each connection, the Subscriber receives 1 external (public) IPv4 address from the Operator's address space; network address translation (NAT) is not applied on the Operator's side. By default the address is dynamic. A static address and address subnets are additional services charged according to the tariffs.

2. Quality indicators

2.1. Speed. The plan sets the maximum access speed - "up to" the stated value. It is ensured on the segment from the port of the subscriber interface to the Operator's external channels. The speed of exchange with a particular website or service also depends on the networks of other operators and on the website itself.

2.2. Network availability - at least 97% of the time per month, excluding scheduled technical interruptions (clause 10.2 of the Rules). Scheduled interruptions - no more than 24 hours per month, mainly at night, with notice given at least 24 hours in advance (clause 6.1 of the Rules).

2.3. Packet transmission delay (latency) from the subscriber interface to the Operator's node - no more than 20 ms on average per hour.

2.4. Packet loss on the same segment - no more than 1% on average per hour.

2.5. The volume of transmitted data (traffic) is not limited unless otherwise stated in the plan.

2.6. The indicators of clauses 2.1, 2.3 and 2.4 apply to a wired connection of the subscriber equipment to the subscriber interface. They do not apply to the Wi-Fi network inside the Subscriber's premises: its speed depends on the router, distance, walls and neighboring networks.

3. How speed is checked

3.1. The measurement is performed on a computer connected by cable directly to the subscriber interface or to the router, with programs using the Internet closed and other devices disconnected.

3.2. The speed test service on the Operator's website is used. Measurements to servers of other organizations also reflect the condition of other networks and are not grounds for a claim.

3.3. If the result of 3 measurements taken at different times of day is significantly below the plan speed, the Subscriber submits a request (section 13 of the Rules). The Operator performs a remote check and, if necessary, an on-site check.

4. Requirements for the Subscriber's equipment

4.1. A router or a computer of the Subscriber with an Ethernet port and PPPoE protocol support is connected to the subscriber interface.

4.2. Plans with speeds above 100 Mbit/s require a router with 1 Gbit/s ports (WAN and LAN), a 1 Gbit/s network card and cables of category 5e or higher. Speeds above 100 Mbit/s over Wi-Fi require a router and a device supporting the 5 GHz band.

4.3. The equipment must be in working order and have a document confirming conformity, if one is required by law. The Operator may refuse to connect faulty equipment and equipment that interferes with the operation of the Network.

4.4. The Subscriber provides power supply to its equipment, observes electrical safety measures and disconnects the equipment from the Network during thunderstorms (clause 7.1 of the Rules).

4.5. The Subscriber configures its own equipment itself; when connecting, the Operator helps with the initial router setup (clause 5.3 of the Rules).

5. What a standard connection includes

5.1. Laying the subscriber line from the Network equipment to the Subscriber's premises, bringing the cable into the premises and running it to the place where the equipment is installed: the cable inside the premises as needed along the route agreed during connection, but no more than 20 metres; cable beyond 20 metres is paid for according to the tariff. 20 metres is a limit, not an allowance: the unused length is not handed over and is not left as a spare (clause 5.2 of the Rules).

5.2. Port activation, issuing credentials, initial setup of the Subscriber's router, checking operation.

5.3. Not included and performed for a separate fee by agreement: finishing work in the premises (cable ducts, skirting boards, drilling of interior walls), wiring within the premises, installation of sockets, setup of additional devices (clause 5.2 of the Rules).

6. Fault repair times

6.1. Times are counted from the moment the Subscriber's request is registered (clause 5.7 of the Rules):

6.2. The times are extended for the period when work is impossible: no access to the premises, the roof or the poles, adverse weather (thunderstorm, strong wind, black ice), force majeure.

6.3. For the time of an interruption due to the Operator's fault, the subscription fee is recalculated (clause 10.4 of the Rules).

6.4. If the fault is on the Subscriber's side or there is no fault, the visit and work are paid for according to the tariff; the cost is communicated before the visit (clause 5.7.1 of the Rules). A repeat visit that did not take place for reasons on the Subscriber's side is paid for according to the tariff (clause 5.7.2 of the Rules).

7. Requests and contacts

Repair requests are accepted in the Customer Account, by phone at +7-914-419-60-03 and by email (section 13 of the Rules).
